Endear Care

Everything we do is from the heart

Endear Care is a registered NDIS provider, proudly supporting participants across Victoria with a wide range of psychosocial, complex mental health, and physical support needs.

We started this organisation because we care deeply about people — not just participants, but our staff too. After working in larger organisations, we saw how people could feel like just a number. We didn’t want that. We wanted to create something different — a space where everyone feels valued, respected, and safe. A place where people feel like they belong.
For us, it’s simple: happy staff means better care. That’s why we’ve built a strong, family-like culture where our team is supported and empowered — because when staff are respected, they give their best. And that’s what our participants deserve — the best.
Our approach is deeply person-centred. We take the time to understand every participant — their strengths, their needs, their goals. We don’t just place any worker with them. We match carefully, so the support they receive actually lifts them up, builds trust, and helps them grow.

Our Values

We believe that truly impactful support begins with compassion and connection.

We provide more than just services, we build trusting relationships and create safe, inclusive spaces where people can grow, heal, and thrive.

Our work is grounded in five core values that guide every decision we make and every interaction we have:

These values aren’t just what we believe, they’re how we work, how we lead, and how we care.

At Endear Care, we care from the heart…

Respect

We treat every individual with dignity, valuing their unique voice, background, and experience. We support choice, independence, and the right to be heard.

Integrity

We do what’s right, even when it’s hard. Our commitment to honesty, transparency, and ethical care builds lasting trust with participants, families, and partners.

Safety

We prioritise the safety and protection of everyone ensuring a secure environment where they can flourish. We believe every participant has a right to grow, explore and learn in a setting where they are safe supported and safeguarded at all times without exception.

Collaboration

We believe in the power of working together. We partner with participants, families, support coordinators, clinicians, relevant stakeholders and communities to achieve the best outcomes, through shared insight and united effort.

Compassion

We lead with empathy. Whether someone is facing everyday challenges or complex life transitions, we offer care that is kind, patient, and human-centred.

Our Vision

To bring optimism, hope, positivity, and independence to every participant we support. With the right help, resources, and guidance, we believe people can achieve their goals and live their best lives.

Our Mission

To provide services from the heart, becoming a trusted provider recommended by participants, families, and communities alike.

What do we do?

We deliver high-quality, compassionate support for people facing complex needs that may make recovery and everyday engagement challenging. We understand that each individual’s circumstances are unique, and we work with care, patience, and respect.
We provide both community-based support and therapeutic, low-stress accommodation. This allows individuals to move forward at a pace that feels right for them, supporting their journey toward recovery, independence, and social inclusion.
Our approach is, and will always be, person-centred. We actively involve individuals in decisions about their care and, where appropriate, work closely with families and support networks to ensure care is well-planned and meaningful.
We support children from the age of 7 through to adults who may be vulnerable and in need of additional care, whether temporarily or long-term.
Our role is to provide safe, responsive support to those who may struggle to care for themselves or protect themselves from harm or exploitation.
